Pet Pros is fully participating in nationwide pet food recalls announced by Menu Foods, Iams / Eukanuba, Nutro, Science Diet, Natural Balance and Royal Canin. We have removed the affected products from our shelves and those products have been returned to the distributors. Any future recalls will be addressed in the same manner.

If you were feeding a food that was recalled by the FDA, here is a list steps you may want to take:

  1. If your pet is showing signs of illness, get to a veterinarian immediately.
  2. Keep the bag of food! Do not return it. You will need this for proof later.
  3. Contact the FDA (visit http://www.fda.gov or call the Wash. state office at 425-483-4949)
  4. Contact the food company.
