We strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience at PetPros.org. Your complete satisfaction is important to us! Our return policy is simple. If for some reason you or your pet is not happy, we will reimburse you 100% of the merchandise cost. For your convenience, you can return merchandise to petpros.org in its original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days of your initial purchase.

This will help assure the speedy processing of your return. Please allow 3-5 business days from merchandise receipt for your return to be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your account balance to reflect the refund. This timeframe varies by bank.

- Request to return a product and we will give you an RMA number.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return box
- Place the PACKING SLIP inside the box

Renton, WA 98055- For your protection, please send your return via carriers who offer package tracking (be sure to retain your tracking receipt for future reference). Pet Pros is not responsible for lost shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For all returns we will issue your refund in the form of a credit on the original credit card used for the purchase.
If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by www.PetPros.org, or a damaged or defective product, we will refund merchandise and shipping charges to your original form of payment. We will reimburse shipping charges incurred to return incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise to Petpros.org, not to exceed the published FedEx Ground rate for the weight of the package.
If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to and from petpros.org.
